Welcome to personal development mastery podcast, today's a very special episode, I have the real pleasure to speak with Jean Atman, who is a soul evolution coach and energy medicine specialist which actually Jean and I had spoken in the past, it's the second time you've come into the podcast and your the previous one was episode 127. So I'm just mentioning that for the you know, the sake of completeness, it's it's fantastic to have this conversation with you again, Jean
1:11
Well, thank you, I'm glad to be back here with you. It's always a pleasure.
1:15
And as I as I already hinted with what I've said it's a special in different kinds of episodes, because it's not a matter of, you know, my usual interviewing someone, it's and I will tell you the my words, and then please feel free to share it back in the way that you see this episode. It was a common thought between both of us that are calling if you prefer the word. And because we are both starting something new in terms of eventual something that can help others, we thought to connect and discuss about what we're both doing very different things but with similar purpose, and discuss some elements of it and use that as maybe the way to go into some more deeper impractical also things about handling our inner walls when something like surfaces, fears, things like that. So that's, you know, my, my simplified description of how I, I see these episodes, but then within how do you see how would you describe it yourself?
2:41
Yeah, when we were talking about kind of what's happening in the collective consciousness, and just us personally, and both kind of coming into the these, you know, added adventures to our business or personal lives, whatever. I see that as a theme and the clients that I work with of making transitions either through their personal life through their professional life. And it's always good to kind of talk about what's happening in the collective consciousness, and how to move through those those things. Because when people can understand what the current is, and where the current is trying to carry them, they can more easily move with that, as opposed to fighting it and trying to grip on to the old stuff. And so I felt like it might be a good for both of us to kind of share what our experience is in hopes that it might offer some tips or tools to other people that are also working through transitions. And kind of like what our process has been just so we can maybe offer some of that to anybody that it might serve as well. Because I do feel like the whole globe is going through such massive change and knowing that you're not alone in the process. Everybody's going through some rendition of it. And it's okay to not really know exactly what to do. But hopefully today we can offer you know some perspective on the whole process.
4:09
Absolutely. The word transition that you said is very, very true and setting. Yeah, well what do we start actually with? What would you say them? Maybe, for me, and the transition is something that many people don't like or they're scared about it's certainly something that takes us out of what we are familiar with what's comfortable and if I were maybe and I will start with this gene and then tell me if you want to carry on with that is in this time of transition for me going through the uncertainty. What I have something like I got I like the phrase to use the phrase Bitcoin of light, something that I'm inspired to move towards. And even though I have no idea how or when, or even if that will happen the way I, you know, think about it or envision it. But still, it still serves as a point that I can direct my my actions, my, my way of thinking and everything towards that show. That means that when I face the fears, the uncertainty of the transition, I have a point that I'm going towards, so it's easier to maintain the the focus if that I hope that is understandable what I'm trying to say. And in this particular case, or actually, I will expand on that a little bit later on, I would like your thoughts on the same thing?
6:03
Yeah. So typically, what I see a lot is we have a soul calling. And we feel this compelling force within us that does direct our intentions and attention. And we feel compelled towards something we try to walk in that direction. But what I see coming up as far as fears and worries is the mind comes in and says, Oh, no, no, that won't work. Because you know, and we start to attach to the evidence of the past and why it hasn't worked before. And when we focus on that evidence of why it hasn't worked before, we forget that we've come such a long way, since that original point. And because it's been a soul calling, we continue to implement pieces of that pathway, until the foundation becomes something sturdy that we can actually build on. So when you feel Excuse me, excuse me, when you feel like it's, it's really time it's go time you kind of feel that that fire burning within you, you know that the readiness is there, that there is it's time to implement those last couple pieces, so that it finally can come into fruition. But we tend to get caught up in the fears and the worries of it. And we lose focus. It's almost like looking in the rearview mirror, as opposed to looking where we're actually wanting to go. So I think first it's recognising, am I basing my present moment on what I experienced in the past? Have I become a different person since then. And what can I do in the now to find peace, to soothe my soul to release those fears and worries, and to take a step or two or three action steps towards what I want. And as long as we're moving in that direction, we're golden. It's, it's when it's not here yet that we get distraught and think it's never going to happen. We're always going to be in this place. And all those limiting beliefs come in. But if you can remember that it's about the journey. And every single step you take is getting you closer and closer to that thing that you've been working towards. It kind of lends a sense of relief to the whole process, because you know, that you're being productive, that you're effective, that your work is paying off. But it's when we get caught in that we work so hard. We do all these things. We're, you know, working 16 hours a day, and we're still not getting anywhere. At that point, I would challenge you to see what kind of limiting beliefs are showing up in that needing to work 16 hours a day? Are you even taking care of yourself? Because if you're not, the universe is saying, okay, so you clearly want to run yourself ragged and be exhausted all the time. And feel like you have to be in this hamster wheel of life. And so if that's what you're working towards, we can support that. Oh, yeah. You know, so it's kind of recognising how we're in our own way, in order to be able to get out of it.
9:11
Mm hmm. So, yeah, I the way that you described it, I will, what I got from it in two words should to be able to come back to the present moment, rather than being held by your fears which belong either in the past or in the future, if it is in the form of Henri. Do you want to add, I will ask you in a moment because I wanted to ask you about your personally, your why and your inspiration and what you're doing. And actually tell me tell me that because it's I think it's more. I know, I don't want to jump around from topic to bots.
9:55
Yeah. Well, I certainly my journey, you know, I grew up in a really toxic relationship with my my family just really a lot of toxicity and abuse and cruelty. And so my process throughout my lifetime has really been working through not being an inconvenience to other people feeling like I have the ability to have my own needs, so that I can take care of those needs without feeling like something bad is gonna happen if I do, and that, you know, but when I was a child, everyone else's needs were louder, they came first because if their needs were pacified, I was safe. If they were in an okay place, I was safe. So I grew up with those programmes. And, you know, just to even go back a bit further, we come in here with lessons to learn. So I can see very, very clearly what I signed up for incoming in here, you know, get thrown into a lot of contrast, and then try to unpack all that stuff throughout your life, so you can actually evolve your soul. So this has been a lifelong journey for me to start to focus on myself and my own needs, as opposed as apart from or apart from, I should say, other people's. And so the work that I do is very of service type work. My my mission in life, my compelling force, this complete, really strong undercurrent is to be of service, I feel best when I'm in that place. And that's a really easy hat for me to wear. Because it's, it's very, very worn. Right? Very comfortable. But when it comes to meeting my own needs, I'm like, whoa, whoa, I don't know if that's safe there. And it can feel really unsettling because it's not something that I've been used to. So throughout my professional career, I've been, you know, I always do a lot of private work, a lot of really deep work. I'm sorry, my cats, you can hear that I'm sorry. They're running around like crazy.
11:56
So throughout my private work, it's been a lot of one on one focus with people. And understandably, it takes a lot of intention and focus, because of the depth that I read within people. So I read their emotional body to see all were all triggers are happening in their body, I read the mental body to see how the looping thoughts and programmes are affecting them. I read the energetic body, what's happening other blockages in the field? Reading the spiritual body? Where did this original wound start? Was it a different timeline? Was it a different lifetime, you know, accessing all this information, really is it takes a lot of focus and a lot of my energy to do, which I've always been really happy to do, because it's very fulfilling and deep work. And there's huge transformation that happens. But what I recognised is how I show up for other people, I have limited energy throughout my days to do that, right. And my my goal and guidance keeps coming through saying reach more people reach more people, I was like, I literally have no more bandwidth to reach more people, how do I do that? So they started saying, you know, it's build a more international audience, you've got to reach more people, this information needs to get out. So I started developing courses. And within the first course that I did, and you can find it on daily on its sir, narcissistic relationships from surviving to thriving. And it talks about a lot of toxicity that people grew up with, and how they bring these programmes forward with them. And, and that actually creates kind of what their experiences now and how to start to heal those aspects. You know, it's very, very true to me, in my experience, so what I was finding was all these people were reaching out to me saying, Oh, my God, this changed my life. And I thought I hadn't even ever met this person, I never even spoke to that person. And there was it was, I was able to help them shift their reality into something much nicer. So I started to see how this could translate into my ability to help more people without sacrificing myself in my needs to do it. Right. So then I decided I wanted to build my limitless course, which is basically teaches people how to release the rickety foundation of what they grew up with. And all the limiting beliefs, all the triggers all the self sabotaging the inner critic, voice, all of those pieces that continue to impact our lives in a negative way, how to clean all that stuff up and how to build into a better foundation. So I launched that course last year, and I've been not really understanding how to market it yet, because I'm not a marketer. I'm a healer. And as I share with you earlier, technologies, like my nemesis, I'm like, how does all this stuff work? And because of how I grew up, I wasn't asking for help. So I've got this compelling for us to say reach more people, but I'm like, Oh, I don't want to inconvenience anybody by having them you know? assist me with getting this workout there. So it's this conflicting kind of nature of what happens within the process. So, for me, fears are coming up about number one being seen, because if I was seen when I was little, that usually equaled some sort of trauma or abuse. So to get out there is has been very counterintuitive to how I grew up. So it's it's finding safety within this mechanism. And kind of, you know, continuing to break down that rickety foundation within myself in order to feel comfortable being seen. So all of these internal layers come up when we start to work through this process. And so those people that are have fear about moving forward, typically, it's made from a protective mechanism that we placed when we were little. And now as we're, as we're trying to move through that mechanism, it's still holding within our field saying, Oh, no, no, that's not safe to do that, you don't want to do that, that's, that's going to equal something that that you don't want. And so there's this really deep kind of consciousness and subconsciousness conflict happening within. So when we start to clean that stuff up, it frees us into actually moving forward, as opposed to kind of holding on to the past.
16:21
It's you said many things that originated and I see many commonalities between us there was what you said about you know, being comfortable versus getting seen and getting over this. YNet blockages I have, I had exactly the same not exactly but a very similar situation with my own transition until like four years ago, I was I won't speak to people unless I really knew them, I was very much close to myself. That was that was the my default behaviour or my life. And when I started working on this and changing needs and starting to express my voice, believing that you know what I do have something of value to share with others. Because before, that's why I didn't speak to anyone because I thought who would listen to me they don't care of what I have to say. So it was quite a big, you know, change that happened. expressing myself more and doing the podcast with which I started doing three years ago now was a massive catalyst in my self expression, confidence in being able to process this certainty these fears because I had, you know, I have no idea who would listen to this. And a few years back, that would scare me very much. So it is it's, it's great to while you work through these limitations through this obstacle, inner obstacles every time I think lets you build up on that previous level, and it makes it just a little bit easier to pick the momentum. And you said also Jean, and I also wanted to mention that about you felt that you know, you wanted to be of service you said about the heart of being in service, which was more, let's say prominent or easy for you to wear. And you realise that you you're helping people but you must relate more. And that when you said when you were saying that I realised that what I'm doing in my new virtual venture, which is helping people to launch and scale the podcast is exactly that because we are in a in a period, as you said of big changes, big transition. And I think goodness, people want are very thirsty of listening a message which is not what they hear in the news show people that have this desire to help to help others grow, have to be heard, and especially with and with Coach going on social media is not really the best place to share any kind of message. So yeah, just bringing the conversation to this because I think for me, it is a big opportunity to be of service helping others like you, for example, really Let's globally and help people that they wouldn't be able to otherwise.
20:09
So, when you think about your why, and you know, what is that? What is that compelling force within that undeniable feeling that is perpetuating what you're doing now?
20:27
It's a great question. And I will use a word which might sound a bit unusual, I feel a sense of duty, in a very broad sense, not not a dude, it's an inner God that I always say, to myself, and my journey and my purpose, if you wish, as a human being and a divine soul to express that. And, you know, I have the signals that it is the right thing for me, it's very obvious to me. So I think it is a duty, because I have this gift, it's my duty to, you know, to share it to put my unique pain brushstroke onto the big painting. Yes, you know,
21:24
I do. And so when you see kind of that brushstroke, what do you see the result of that? So, you know, a lot of times we work, and we work and we work, and we forget why we're doing, because we're just so into doing doing doing doing. And so I think that as people are really moving into a new way of being the why is what's going to keep us on track. It's, it's, you know, for me, the why is seeing people in the transformation that they're having from the work and learning how to get in touch with their inner layers, so they know where to work, you know, because when you can see what's in your way you can heal it. And so for me, it's really important to see people being able to understand and translate what's happening inside to sort of reverse engineer what they've been doing, because that doesn't work, to focus on all the external moving parts really doesn't work. And we're all being drawn and nudged to go within. And there was a time when this was not accepted in our work was not accepted, it was almost rejected or denied. And, and I would find myself kind of pacifying it a little bit like, well, you know, if you feel like you'd like to get into your inner world, it's kind of nice to do things. And now, it's like, no, people need to know that this is important. This is this is the reason that purpose why people are here is to evolve. And if you're not looking at that place within you're really missing the purpose, why you're here. So it's important, so don't minimise it really come forward and say, This is why you're here. This is this is of greatest importance at your soul level for your journey. And so for me to be able to walk people through how to do that, how to reconnect with themselves, and to see what happens as the result of that. That for me, is my why. So I just want to kind of nudge you a little bit. And see, because when we get in his way, like I said, we get so caught up in how we're going to do things that we we lose track of that have that beacon, and the reason why we're moving in that direction.
23:41
So I would ask you again what is your WHY on the spot, that's a little on your comfort zone. This
23:54
is because I remember before we started recording I was telling you that I haven't articulated a so now you are really making me I'm you know that the answer that comes to mind, I don't know if it's again, maybe it's not a direct answer or waiting for maybe I would be general again, that's why I'm I'm wondering why I should whether I should share it, but I will because I don't have any better answer. Maybe you will need to know a little bit more, if you if you will. I would love to answer this question right now since it's the flow is there
24:50
so I love that you're exploring that discomfort that comes with that question, right because we don't know sometimes because we're so used to focusing on things that aren't going to give us that definitive direction. And so when we're asked a lot of times, we haven't taken the time to explore that. And so we don't know. And so first even just acknowledging, I don't know, and can I find comfort in that, because when we can feel comfortable within that discomfort, it can help kind of alleviate that pressure of needing to know everything. Because as a collective consciousness, we're all working through this perfectionistic way of being, and to drop it off and say, You know what, the world is a mess right now. And we're all moving through this massive amount of transition. And we're unpacking all the old stuff or trying to figure out where we're going, nobody really knows what is going on. And it's okay. It's exactly where we're supposed to be. But what happens is, when we're asked that question, and apologise for being a really direct way, to come into that and say, I don't know, but then to, to find peace within that response, where we don't need to know. And, and sometimes we don't know until we're ready, and to find peace within that present moment of just being, and allowing that information to come in is sometimes what it takes. But a lot of times people will run from that discomfort, I don't know, I'm overwhelmed, I don't want to deal with it, I'm going to just go back to what I was doing before. And so people tend to vacillate between kind of dipping their toes in something that they really, really want, but don't really have the clear understanding of how to make that work. It feels like it's just too much. So we just, we go back into the default. And so I think a way to really work through that fear. And I've been working through this myself, because I'm noticing all this stuff is surfacing. As I am kind of shifting the way my business works, to sit in that discomfort and say, I'm feeling this in my body, it's so loud, it's really uncomfortable. And what do I need to do with it? So if you if you wouldn't mind, can we get into a little exercise to help kind of clear that stuff?
27:19
Absolutely. Can I before you do that? I will answer that. Oh, my gosh, I'm sorry, small, because now I had to have the answer. You gave it to me. So really, my why, like in that sense? I really don't know my why. Yeah. What I do know, is that my journey right now what I'm doing right now feels right in here. And that's, that's for me, it's it's enough? And I really don't know, I know, it has to do with the overall. That's why I was saying general, earlier, it has to do with my own growth and the growth of the collective via my, my improvements with the last emperor of the world. But I don't know. So thank you for allowing me to be able to answer that question. You know, I, I don't know the grand scheme of things. I have no idea.
28:16
But you know, what's so beautiful about your response is, that's all you need to know, is this feels good. Yes, that's all. And that's everything. That's like the perfect place to be. Because if we can feel our sense of truth and alignment, beyond that, the details don't matter. Because you know, you are following your own alignment. And what I see energetically is when we come into our sense of alignment, it it gives permission for everyone else in the collective to do the same. And I think that there is a sort of a complex aspect of change that comes in that keeps people stuck. And if we can come back into, I'm needing to move in this direction, because I just feel good about it. It feels right. To me, it feels aligned to me, to stay in that most profound, simplified version of everything that matters, can perpetuate you and can move you in a direction. That is exactly what's meant for you. So I love, love your response.
29:32
Really, it happened as a result of this conversation and this encounter. So I'm grateful that it appeared. You were saying you started saying about an exercise practice. So I would really love to have you share this with us.
29:51
Yeah, so we a lot of times, especially now because so much stuff is surfacing. There is the header I want to start this because there's a lot of concepts all at once. Okay? So with everything surfacing at once, for me personally, I'll use my own own experience, I love to understand the why I love to understand why things are happening, what to do with it. I'm very strategic and analytical, as well as very emotional and energetic. We've got everything kind of all at once. So I hear these these things, these thoughts coming in to challenge the old belief systems. And I want to kind of follow that branch work to say, what does that mean? Where does this where did this start? How can I heal this? What is this attached to? And I like to understand the whys because I want to be able to see full spectrum in order to help other people through their stuff, right. So I feel there's a need to understand. But what I'm seeing now is there's so much stuff surfacing, that it's like drinking from a firehose, you just can't comfortably follow all these things in. And when we feel all these emotions coming in, a lot of people's gifts are coming on board right now. And so people are becoming more sensitive, they're feeling more. And so sometimes that can carry its own level of intensity. And so between all the thoughts and the programmes, and the systems and all the emotions, it's just a lot for anybody to manage right now. So that's why I love energetic clearing. Because if you have like a trauma or an original wound, and this doesn't have to be a massive abuse, or a car accident, or something like that, it can literally be your friend from the playground saying, I want to play with this other person today. And it started a rejection wound, it could be as little as that, you know. But when you have that original wound, it creates kind of like a stagnation in your field, a little ball of energy, that kind of slows your entire flow down. And that little ball of energy contains the thoughts around that, like, Oh, my friend doesn't like me anymore, they don't play with me anymore. Those emotions of feeling maybe abandoned or rejected. And those things are stuck in that ball of energy. So for me, when I read an energy body, I can see where those stagnations are, and we start to dissolve and clear that stuff. It also starts to kind of dissolve those thoughts and emotions that were contained within that. So as this so much movement is happening right now, I really love to teach people how just to clear their own field, how to get in touch with what your energy body is even asking you for. So if you wouldn't mind, we can use the example of, you know, kind of that discomfort and things that we've been working through, as kind of an example to work through this if you're down for that. Absolutely, yes. Okay.
32:49
At this point here, I will make a quick interruption. Jean shared with me an amazing practice where she teaches how to clear your own field and get in touch with what your energy body is asking you for. And I did it and it's a wonderful practice a lasts 11 minutes, and you need to do it with closed eyes. So instead of sharing it right here, I will put it at the end of the episode, and you can manually go to around the 45 minute mark to listen to it. Otherwise, let's carry on with the remainder of the conversation. I immediately when when I started the practice, I realised there was a tension in my shoulders mainly but then when I tuned in, it was more here which was a surprise to me not not in the middle where the heart is, but here were the lungs is ours. And it felt he was in about stickiness. Or for me it felt like a kind of pressure coming from inside but also heat like warm pressure. And what I did in some way was to cool it down with some water it felt like some Yeah, some heat coming from from here and yeah, that's that's accurate. The description as I can make.
34:23
Yeah, I love that. Face face with water, it's emotional energy. So allowing your emotions to come in, you know, in and around the heart space. And above and above your heart is your upper heart which is all about self care. So care. And so allowing your emotions to come in even deeper with allowing those feelings to be present within your direction. You know, and sometimes we get so cut off from that stuff because we're focused on others and to Bring that back in to say it's okay to feel because you know, especially from our conversation just a little bit ago, how feeling is everything. And when you can allow yourself to feel more completely, that opens you up to your path and direction even more. So. Yes. That
35:20
Thank you. And it was, for me, it was a beautiful experience I wanted to ask you. So is this something that the listener can do from time to time, just put, just work on that?
35:33
Yeah, there's all sorts of layers that you can work through, you know, every day, it might be something different that you're working through. But when you start to learn the process of how to help yourself, you can always feel really empowered to be able to do that. So it's not just when this one situation comes up, we treat it in this way, and then something else comes in, and then you feel lost. It's literally when you learn how your process works, you can apply that to every single perception of obstacle that comes up. And I use that word perception of obstacle, because obstacles are just illusions, based on our belief systems. But to go back and see where all that stuff started, and to understand it, is really challenging, you know, and sometimes we can see that place. But that's why I love energy work, because we don't need to see or understand all of it, we just need to identify with where we're feeling it and start to move that out. And then what happens after you move the energy, all of a sudden, you realise, oh, my gosh, my life is kind of different. And I don't even know like exactly what happened. But all of a sudden, there's just like a different hue, are colour of of life, a frequency of life, and you start to recognise whatever you are working on, is no longer charged within your frequency, you just have freedom from it. And so when you realise, oh, my gosh, that was really productive, then you just want to do a lot more, to move through all your layers. Yeah, so you can apply that process to anything that you're working through.
37:17
Thank you, thank you for sharing this way with us. And it will only add to this that I like very much approaches like this that are not intellectual, if you want, they are more visceral or more you connect with your body and your emotions looking within rather than trying to think your way through it. Which, which is great in some cases, but it has many limitations. So it's fantastic to have an approach like this that helps on a very different level. So that's really what I wanted to add with this. Valuable.
38:04
Good. Yeah, thank you. Yeah, I like that. It gives a mind something to do. Because otherwise our thoughts can run away with us sometimes. So it gives some focused attention to our thoughts. But I agree, it really connects you with that. That physical, visceral part of self that a lot of times we aren't really connected to, because we're so much in our heads. So yeah, thank you for that.
38:30
Thank you. And I will only asked you, Jean, just to show we can start concluding, I wanted to ask you about your course, really the limitless course limitless course, which we talked about it a little bit in the beginning. And I'm going to put the link in the shownotes. But I wanted specifically one only one question about it. What, how important or how much weight does this element that you were describing now of the energetic clearing case in your course?
39:12
Yeah, it's a big portion of it. And just because I think energy is everything. And if you're not working within the energy body, it's you're missing a really big component of your healing potential. And so I love to teach people how to translate what's going on inside. So then they feel equipped and empowered to be able to move through their own stuff. So within the course we get into, you know, like I mentioned the limiting beliefs, identifying those things. So there is an awareness piece to the work, but it's also an energetic piece. So we sort of uplevel everything at once in the most direct and gentle way. So I feel like we won't do things are hard. So I've, I've really broken the course down into very manageable steps in order to focus on this one thing. And then when you feel like you're getting really, you know, more masterful at that, let's move on to the next thing. Because we are so layered, you know, and if we're trying to do everything at once we get confused. So I feel like it's really relevant and important to focus on one part at a time. But also working through the layers. So for instance, in one module, it is all about limiting beliefs. And so I direct people how to how to recognise those when they're showing up easy ways to be able to identify, and then that meditation specifically accesses how you're in your own way, and how limiting beliefs are showing up and how to change your energy around it, you know, so, so each one is very complimentary to to the work of that module. But I've seen profound shifts in people, which is so exciting for me, you know, to be able to see, so much change, and so much awareness that people are gaining about themselves. Because when we can understand ourselves, we know better what we want and how to get it without a go for it. So yeah, so I would appreciate anybody that feels compelled towards getting into some deeper work. To check it out. I would love to see you inside the course.

It's a beautiful message, Zim and say thank you, I want to thank you again, this has been very useful and provoking some questions that I think they're important to, for everyone to to ask themselves and do some some kind of work and what you were saying earlier about helping and seeing the transformation in others, that's really one of the most fulfilling things as well, isn't it when you see that what you do? helps others? And that comes back to you as well. So yes, I'm not sure what conclusion I can make out of it. However, I think I will leave that to Eugene, I will, I will say again, that I want to thank you again, very much for this conversation today. And it was really a pleasure to have you for the second time in the podcast. And this time, in a very, very impromptu If you waste way. Because this was not within have prepared for us. We just went to decided to go with the flow of energy. I think I'm very glad that we did. So I will leave the parting words to Eugene, thank you.
42:55
Yeah, well, thanks again, for having me and just exploring, you know, kind of what we're all going through. And it's, it's very fitting right now about where everybody is, where we're just trying to, excuse me figure it all out. We're just trying to figure it all out. And it's okay not to know and you know, wherever we are as individuals is exactly where we're supposed to be right now. And to just be able to hop on path and move in a direction that feels compelling. And see, you know, kind of how that how that translates. For each person. I feel like, as long as you're tuning into yourself, that's everything that you need to be doing right now. And when the dust settles, and when things start to clear, we'll know more about how to move forward. But right now, it's really being asked of us to just go in and see who we are as people, what do we want from life and not need to be doing necessarily right away. But just practice being and getting in touch with who we actually are, apart from all the programmes and patterns that we've been living in. So it's a lot of cleanup, it's a lot of work right now. And just know that if you're confused, it's okay, you're moving through a lot of stuff, you're in transition. It's okay. And all will be clearer eventually. And the more you can get in touch with your own needs, that will kind of help to accelerate that clearing because you'll know exactly what fits and what doesn't.
44:24
Tim, thank you very much again and it's been a real pleasure to speak with you and again your courses called limitless and I will put the link in the show notes. To find out more about Jean's course go to BIT.LY/JEANATMANLIMITLESS . The link is in the show notes. And here is Jean's healing practice for clearing the energetic body. Enjoy it

So, I invite you to sit, close your eyes, and just take some deep breaths. And as you take these breaths, just sort of notice where there is tension in your body. And if you're feeling it, you know, kind of some tight muscles in your neck and shoulders if you're feeling really tight, and Constricted breath in the chest, or maybe your belly. And just start to notice what's happening in your body. And we are just going to create a little bit of grounding here. So think about your root chakra at the base of your spine, and just allowing that energy to sort of reach down through your grounding cord, you have a grounding cord about four to six inches in diameter that comes from your root. And allowing that to sort of come down into the earth and run through the layers of the earth. And think about identifying with a core of the earth and wrapping your grounding cord around that three times. Just you sort of feel anchored into this energy and earth energy is very maternal, it's very supportive. Basically, the Earth has everything we need to sustain life. And so even just tuning into that energy can help to feel more supported and more willing to receive support, as we all are in a place right now, where we're being asked to be more supported. And not that there's a weakness that is surrounding that level, but it's just it just feels sweeter, so why not. And so as we're grounding into the earth, feeling a bit more safe, a bit more stable. From this place, it's easier to access those places that feel a little uncomfortable, because you don't feel like you're in it alone anymore. So before we get into that, we're also just going to lift that energy up through the crown and just think about connecting into source energy. Whether that is source universe, God whatever your languages and just reaching up through the crown connecting with source and allowing that energy to come back down through the body at the same time allowing the earth energy to meet that source energy in through the heart space and just creating a current of flow between Earth and source.
47:51
So this is speaking to your alignment This is connecting to all that is and see if you can feel a little bit of a release in the nervous system
48:08
knowing that you are aligning your energy with your innate alignment and you can feel safe here so as you're in this alignment, I now invite you just for a moment to think about reflect back to that question that may have caused some tension or contraction your body about what is your why and sort of being challenged in that way that created almost like a disruption possibly in your field. So invite the listeners to think about a current situation that is creating discomfort emotionally mentally, anything that feels uncomfortable or really loud in your life that's creating a disturbance and tune into see where you feel that in your body are you feeling it in the headspace with looping thoughts are you feeling again some contraction in through the heart space in through the breath? I feeling a hole in your stomach. Where are you feeling that to simply start to tune in it's okay if it's hard to find that space right now as energy is very subtle. Sometimes it can take a little bit of time to understand its subtleties. And so if you're having trouble feeling it, just know that you will be directed to exactly where it needs you to go. And have faith in that process for yourself. And so as you tune into that energy wherever you might be feeling it. Think about what it needs from you start to tune into being present for yourself showing up for yourself with love, compassion, the desire to support and assist yourself. This is your Higher Self connecting with the physical body. And creating more of that connection will open your intuition, your focus and direction here and allow you to become embodied in this physical plane. And so just tuning in, I'll give you a moment here and just ask what does this space of discomfort in my body need from me?
51:22
And as you start to tune into that emotional body of need, are tuning into the energetic component of it. So does this energy feel solid, like a big boulder doesn't feel sticky like tar? Start to tune into the aspect of this energetic stagnation and see what it feels like in your body. And the first thing that comes to you trust that it might be crazy sounding to you and that's okay. That's your intuition coming in.
52:13
And now ask yourself how can I remove or clear or dissolve that energy? And as we work to transmute it, any stagnancy of pain stuck emotions, looping thoughts begin to be transmuted into healing energy. It's a very honouring process of the reason why that was there in the first place. honouring of that experience, and allowing attention being directed into that pain with the intentions to heal
52:59
so it feels if it feels like a boulder does it feel like it just needs to start to break apart and crumble and if it does, allowing those crumbles to turn into gold dust to be transmuted. If it feels sticky, like tar does it feel like it needs some water to rinse that away, clearing and gently cleansing it turn into yours specific enter energy here and simply get in touch with what you need.
53:56
He can begin to rake through the field and just clearing away any other congestions. So using your hands and fingers like a rake. Just start to gently clear that stuff out of your field wherever you are feeling.
54:16
And take some breaths and see if you can breathe a little deeper. If you feel a little freer if you feel more calm and soothed knowing that as you move through that specific block, you created this opening into the potential of where you'd like to move. This obstacle has been cleared, freeing you to walk that path more openly. And so envision yourself now moving forward on your path that is now free and clear of that block. You just just cleared whatever was standing in your way whatever was stopping you you just clear through that and now bringing in the energy of freedom, liberation, clarity whatever it is that you need to fill in that space that you just cleared
55:30
and just trusting what you need to bring that and draw that energy in from source or from Earth or both filling that space and so it is are you feeling
