Before I do that, I'd like to read the wonderful reviews that three listeners have left on Apple podcasts. As I mentioned previously, following the show, and leaving a review is one of the best ways you can support personal development mastery. And if you leave a review, I'm going to read it on the podcast. And thank you personally. So here are the three reviews. The first one is from RosyPosy, who says, I love I guess focus on action and gentle and compassionate communication of personal development. I love the snippets, the short ones and the guests all with a theme of what does personal development mean to you. Thank you, Rosie, for this wonderful review. I appreciate it. The second review I'm going to read is titled wonderful podcast and it is by Ricky and Ricky says Agi is a true gentleman. I love his podcasts varied speakers with lots of insights. And I use a great host calm, thoughtful and inquisitive great inspirations to live your best life. Ricky Thank you very much for your review. And the third and last review I will read today is by ManaKate who wrote it brings wisdom and heart to the conversations he has with his guests. I love the questions he asks and the direction he takes his guests bringing out the story with love, compassion and his audience in mind, I highly recommend it. Thank you mana Kate for the review. So if you want to hear me thanking you on the show, leave a review on Apple podcasts. And I will read it in one of the following episodes.

And coming back to what I started saying at the beginning about the announcement and the big change that the podcast is going to have starting next week. And let me give a bit of background first. So at the beginning of June this year, and if you have been listening to the podcast for a while, you might remember that I decided to go down from two episodes a week that the podcast has had since the very beginning to one episode a week, I decided to slow down and spend some time in the creative energy or the yin energy. And my intention with this was twofold. One was to recharge or regenerate sandwich che and the other was to come up with creative ideas about the future direction of the podcast. You see, personal development mastery has been ongoing for three and a half years now. And I felt like it was the right time to shift. And this episode today marks the beginning of this direction it is a shift.

So starting next Monday, the podcast will first of all go back to two episodes a week, a conversation with a guest it's Monday, and a shorter episode. It's Thursday, either a solo episode or snippet of wisdom. And as exciting as this may sound, this is only the smallest of the shifts that the podcast is about to take. The real evolution is the change in the topics, the theme of the podcast. During these over 330 episodes now there has been a vast variety of topics and aspects that I have discussed with almost 200 guests from the next episode and for the foreseeable future. The theme of the episodes will be much more of a spiritual nature.

And let me first of all explain why I'm doing this. I have always has been interested in spirituality and spiritual development. And if you have listened to my story, you might have heard me talk about when I was studying dentistry in Greece, when my best friend decided to drop out of uni to follow a strong calling head, and he went to Siberia. And he became a shaman and spiritual teacher. His transformation, at that time, really shaped me very much as a person and instilled the elements of spirituality in the spiritual beliefs that I still carry 30 years down the line. So a few months ago, just before summertime, I started being approached by people who wanted to come as guests on the podcast, and all of them had a spiritual take or ankle to that topics. The interesting thing is that even though I started recording these conversations, at that time, I didn't feel like publishing them, the timing, didn't feel quite right. So instead, I started collecting these conversations with the spiritual people. And I was, in a way, waiting for the proper time to publish them. I was not sure how to present them exactly, or whether I would put them in between the other topics that I was discussing in the podcast. So because I was unsure, something inside me, told me to hold off. And so I did.

And here's where the story becomes very interesting. About a month ago, I participated in a three day silent meditation retreat. And during my time there, I had an insight, if you want to call it like that already realisation that this is now the time to present those conversations with their spiritual content. And not only that, but to publish them one after the other as a cluster of episodes, or rather as a full shift in the direction of the podcast. So that insight came to me very clearly through my intuition, it made me understand and decide that this was the right time to do it. So I am delighted to share with you that we're going to start next week. And my guest for next week is a very well known meditation teacher. And I will not tell you who he is, for the time being, I will leave it as a surprise. But I'm sure that if you are in the meditation space, you might have heard of him or you might be familiar with him. And I will leave it to that for now. So this is what I wanted to share about the shift of personal development mastery podcast towards spiritual content, at least for the foreseeable future. I hope you are as excited about this transition as I am. What will come from it, only time will tell.
