If you're not happy, if you're not fulfilled, no amount of money is going to do that for you, like money makes life a lot easier. But you're truly not fulfilled. And I can't tell you how many multi multi millionaires I've coached. They have all the money in the world. Money's not a problem at all in their life, it flows abundantly. Joe Moffett  2:37
Thank you for having me excited to be here with you guys.

Agi Keramidas  2:40
So my and we have lots to talk about mastering live by designers, as you say, before we go there. Let's start with a little bit of your journey, some background. So take us back before all this before the High Performance Coaching and so on. What was the turning point?

Joe Moffett  3:06
Yeah, I remember getting out of high school graduating nine days later, I left for the military. And I spent five years in the military. And on that journey, there was a lot of moments where I suffered, I wish I had the tools that I had now, to be able to help myself in those moments, it would have eliminated a lot of pain in my life. And once I got out of the military, I found myself 30 to $40,000 in credit card debt for the third time. So I like to think I'm an overachiever. I don't do things once or twice, I gotta do it three times, right. And I was living in Southern California, which isn't the cheapest place in the world to live. I was living with six roommates and barely had, you know, money coming in. And I felt like I was just at rock bottom. And I got involved in network marketing. And I thought that was my path to success. But I was struggling financially at that moment in my life. And I just I remembered there being a point where I'm like, There's got to be something more there's got to be a better way. And once I started digging into network marketing, I started learning about books like thinking grow rich and the magic of thinking big and, and that's where this this hunger, this thirst for knowledge started to consume me and I think it was at that moment that I realised I found what I was looking for, but I knew I was at the beginning or the starting line of a long journey.

Agi Keramidas  4:32
That's great. You know, there is a question that comes to mind because you mentioned going to the Marines for a few years. I think you said five years if I understood correctly, you show over there I can only imagine I haven't gotten any training of that kind but I can imagine the kind of discipline that you acquired those lessons that you learn in life to be able to handle tough situations, not only external situations, but mainly they internal bad. So

Agi Keramidas  5:11
that discipline, what I understand from your answer is that even though you got all that, still, that was not enough to take you to the level of life that you wanted show was there. What was missing there that you found later on, you mentioned already knowledge was was knowledge, the missing link in that

Joe Moffett  5:35
knowledge was a component, but the biggest one was mentorship. See, it's, it's great to get the knowledge from the books, anyone can read a book, anyone can listen to an audio book. But what made the difference was actually seeing mentors who read the same books as me, but actually applying it, they were living it. And there's a difference between knowing and understanding, versus actually doing. And then you really have an understanding, see you you when you do something, I like to say the best teacher in life is life itself, right. And so the mentors that I had, not only did they read the books, they were actually walking it out and living it and doing it and practising it. And that's what opened my eyes, and gave me the example. See, I have two kids four years old, and two years old. And I could tell them anything all day long. But what they're actually going to do, is what I do, they're going to model me. And so what changed the game was seeing those people who had the success that I wanted, and modelling them just like a child to a parent. So that was a big game changer for me.

Agi Keramidas  6:39
Thank you reminded me of that phrase to know not to do is really not not to know. And it's a trap, I think, correct me if you feel differently, but I think it is a trapped, trap that many folds, especially people in personal development or self growth space, they tend to keep on acquiring more and more knowledge. And that's feels good, it feels great to learn new things. You get the your, your dopamine, you feel like wow, now I know this. And then unless it's put into action, and not most of the times, or many times anyway, it's not put into action, you need the next time. So you get the next vote call the next seminar trying to find what is the piece of knowledge that is missing rather than piece of implementation.

Joe Moffett  7:33
And in there's, there's what you just said, is so powerful, too, because in this statement, and I'm not saying this about you, but for people who think this way. And that statement, there's actually a limitation, they think they're actually missing something. So they hold a belief that they're actually missing something, and that they gotta go seek it and find it. And what if that wasn't true? What if actually all the resources you had within you right now, and this kind of like a line from Tony Robbins, all the resources within you right now, were enough to get you going to where you needed to go. It wasn't a missing piece, or wasn't a missing book or anything like that. You already had the knowledge to take that first step. Most people they hold that belief that I must be missing something. So let me keep learning and growing. And then once I get it, whatever that magical thing I'm seeking for is, then I can be able to take action. And usually that never happens, because they're always projecting that there's something missing. And that holds them back in itself.

Agi Keramidas  8:34
That's great. Thank you for sharing that. Sharif. If I if we assume that there is nothing missing, that everything that we need all the resources we need are within us, then what do you think is the main reason for stopping us tapping into that abundant knowledge and ability that we have? And we then seek for other things?

Joe Moffett  9:01
Yeah, that's a great question. I really believe a lot of what stops us is the stories and the limiting beliefs that we hold in our mind that really prevent us from moving forward, right? For example, what we just shared, if you believe if you have a belief that you're always missing something you're always going to go seeking. And if you you can't go left and right at the same time. So you have to pick one path. So you can either seek or you can go take action. And most people because of the belief that there's something missing, they continue on the path of seeking, while the people who don't even read the books, they're on the path to taking action, and life teaches them and they get far better results in life than the ones that are seeking. See, I result all the time in network marketing. There was people they read every book, they read, they went to every event they could quote what page you know, a new golden nugget was on and then I had someone else that they never read any books but they were making three times more money than the other person, it's like, because action can trump knowledge most of the time. But there is a time and a place to seek Right? Like, you got to have both. That's why there's a ying and yang. But I really believe it's the limiting beliefs that we hold the stories that we tell ourselves. And the biggest problem is, most people never question their own thoughts. They just accept their thoughts to be true. And that's one of the biggest things I help my clients with, and even check in on myself personally, like, is this thought true? Is it really true? And when you slow down enough to actually check your thoughts, you would be shocked at what you would naturally believe. But then you start to question it, when you start to question it, you realise that's not really true. And that can be a big game changer for a lot of people.

Agi Keramidas  10:48
Most certainly, and I think if I can add to that, I think the the silence here is to become aware and step back from the thought for a moment enough to, to question it, because when you are riding the train of it with the thought, or the series of thoughts, which involves emotions, as well, and so it can be a you know, a very intense ride, sometimes having the ability to step out of that for a moment and catch yourself. I think that is, what will allow them to, for you to question that thought, in the first place.

Joe Moffett  11:32
Yes, very much a conscious, I will say, being consciously aware has been, it's always the first step. But for a lot of people, especially new into personal development, it's, it can be a real challenge for them to have that awareness. I love the book, The Untethered Soul, by Michael singer, have you ever had that it's such a great book, and for your audience who maybe haven't read that it's such a great book, he talks about, you know, we're consciousness, and we are the one that actually are, we're observing the thoughts that are in our head. And most people that's a little bit difficult for them to wrap their head around. But when you do, it really starts to shine a spotlight on where your challenges are actually coming from. And that book has helped me tremendously. So I absolutely love what you said spot on, you know, the, the awareness is really the first step

Agi Keramidas  12:27
and knee action, you can recommend someone to do or practice because I know it's not one magic button that you can present immediately from then on, become aware of your research, but something practical that one can implement to facilitate that process of awareness more. Yeah,

Joe Moffett  12:51
sometimes Simplicity is the best tool, right? And so what I like to have clients do is really set a low alarm for every hour on the hour for about three to four hours for three days in a row. And just put a label like checking on your thoughts, what are you thinking, and it really starts to create the habit, or at least creating the underlying pattern for that habit to be created for them to really check in and say, What am I really thinking about? Because when you can stop and really be aware of your thoughts, that's when change that or the beginning of change can take place. That's the birth of it.

Agi Keramidas  13:28
That's pretty down. Thank you. I will also second that, as a practice, I've been doing it myself not every hour. But now that you say that, sometimes sometimes. It's just sometimes it can be distracting, but twice a day, and sometimes I'm fine. I'm surprised at the state that I find myself at that moment. You know, doing stuff in my mind been 1000 miles away probably with the president or where I am and that alarm clock. Sometimes it completely. It kind of wakes me up in a in a in a metaphorical way. But I'm awake but brings me back to here to where I am at that time. So it's it's a great practice to do. Thank you for the reminder. Joe, there was something else I wanted to ask you. I was reading your story. And there was something you said that when you started working on yourself, you're you're on a personal development journey you spent apart from the time and the money which obviously the it's part of it, but what caught my attention was a phrase that you use that you sacrificed, who you were for who you were becoming. So that's something I would like you to explain that will give me more of your thoughts on this Because I believe it's really important. And it's also a very beautiful way to describe it. Because we are very certain of where we are who we are. But the person that we're becoming, it's so anyway, I will I will not confuse myself as well, by trying to explain it's more, I think you got my questions I will let you explain.

Joe Moffett  15:28
Now, there's so many paths, we can go down, and we could talk about, you know, on a spiritual, spiritual journey or not, but they keep it simple. I had to really get clear on like, who am I, what do I stand for? Right? Where am I now, and in that process, that can be painful, because a lot of us on our journey, and or at least at the beginning, we don't want to admit, like, we're broke, we're, we're, you know, we're emotionally weak. Or we're just not where we want to be financially. And that can be a tough pill to swallow for a lot of people. But it's absolutely necessary to know where you are. Because as you start to, as you start to continue on your journey and progress, it's a great way to look back and measure yourself for how far you've actually came. Without it. You're kind of like Moses in the desert, just wandering, right? And so that's really important, understand who you are in this moment. But what I actually did was, I took time to really get clear on theirs, usually around, people make up different categories, but seven categories of life, right, like financial, emotional, family, things like that physical body, and I started to say, Who do I want to become. And I started to get clear on that started writing everything down in each category, who I wanted to be what I wanted that to look like. And then I got really clear on the person that I was becoming, what were their values, because your beliefs drive you there. They're the vehicle that helped guide you. But your values too, are what helps you make a decision. Right? So for example, my wife and I, we have our family values and personal values, and health is one of our top values. So whenever we have a situation where, say she wants to order supplements, and she's like, you know, Hey, babe, I'm gonna get the supplements for us, you know, it's $700, I don't even question the money, not because I have it. But because it's my number one value. And I say buy it, because that's what we value most in our life. And so as I started my journey, by identifying who I was becoming the values that I was going to live by, that was the the beliefs and the values were kind of like the guiding posts for who I was becoming. And that's as I walked my path, that those those two were the guiding paths. So if I was stepping out of integrity, or in situations where I would do something out of integrity, but since integrity was part of my value, I started make different decisions and yielding different results. And those two things were one of the best things that I've ever done, or the best decisions I've ever done. And I'm still on that journey. And to be honest, if you're listening, you're probably going to screw up, you're probably going to fail, you're probably going to mess up and and that's part of the process. And that's the only way it's supposed to happen, because that's the way you learn. And then you got to get yourself back on the path there. So those that was kind of my my journey on that, and it was extremely helpful, but I had to take the time to slow down, write all this out, get clear. And the rest is history.

Agi Keramidas  18:37
That's mastery, a bit more about this. Specifically, the term sacrifice. That is sacrifice who you were for who you were becoming, can you give me an example of something that you personally sacrifice from your old self in order to become

Joe Moffett  18:57
the Oh, yeah, I mean, first and foremost, I love music, right? I think it's like, it's the energy that stirs the heart. And I stopped listening to music, and started listening to podcasts like yours, right? I started listening to people who had what I wanted to have in life. And I had to make that sacrifice. So there was a long time like, I didn't listen to music. The other thing was, I was as I shared earlier, I was 30 $40,000 in credit card debt, I was broke. I was single and then out of relationships, running patterns. And I realised like one day I want to get married. I want to have kids like I gotta grow up and stop being Peter Pan. Right. And I got to part of that is having your financial situation, right. And so I literally for about two years. I had to say no to going out on Friday, Saturday nights as a single guy in downtown San Diego, California. I had to say no. When my friends would go snowboarding It was no when they went out to dinner I had to say no why? Because I value You'd having a high economic as I'm a high economic, but I valued having my finances together and having money in the bank versus being broke. And so for two years, I sacrificed, I said no to a lot of things and all the money I would have spent, actually went towards paying off that debt, and eventually got out of debt and started putting some money in the bank. And when a wave, I felt confident in who I was becoming and who I was at that point, that stage and I think that kind of helped me land her. So I'm blessed that way.

Agi Keramidas  20:32
I want to take a short break from this episode, and quickly let you know about something I'm really excited about. For me, having a podcast made a tremendous difference in my life's journey. And I know the kind of impact it can have on one's personal development. And that is why I'm so passionate about helping coaches who are ready to amplify their methods and reach a global audience by creating launching and growing a top quality podcast, even if they aren't tech savvy, and are limited on time. Maybe you have thought about having your own podcast, but you don't want to go through the time consuming learning process of how to create long seat, how to recall the ad to host and so on. If you said yes, I have a solution for you something that takes away all the complexity, and allows you only to concentrate on creating cold content. Go to my website, I Jeremy does.com. To find out more and to get your free copy of my guide about creating and launching your podcast. Alright, let's jump back to the episode. Thank you, and let's create example or examples and quite relatable. So thank you for sharing that. There was one other thing that I read that during your journey of development, you have developed some tools and habits which of course, it's a big topic on its own. And I'm not going to go in detail there. But I would like to have a quick comment out of these habits, the rituals, as you say that you have developed in your your journey. Is there one or two that you consider to be very important or non negotiable that you

Agi Keramidas  22:37
do?

Joe Moffett  22:39
That's a great question. And as you say that there's a tonne of things that flood my mind. And so I will say two things. One, I believe that life and death is in the power of the tongue, right. And what I mean by that is our words have power, there was actually a study done. And in high school, where they took two plants put them in the same exact environment in the hallways, what they all had the same light, same water every day. But what they did was they labelled one bed, and they labelled the other one good. And every time the kids would walk by, they would say mean bad things to this plant, I was bad. And they would say happy, blessed positive things to the one that was happy. And at the end of two weeks, the bad plant was withering away. And the happy plan, or the good plant was thriving. And so the words that we carry, and there was actually a study done based on I think there was this Japanese, maybe scientists who studied water, right? If you write on your water, the molecules change. So words are power. So I love speaking life over my life over myself. Right? And so I believe every morning to start out the day, I'm always speaking life and I have things written down things that I I say to myself and over myself and even over my family, my entire lineage to come. So speaking life and filling your own cup first, especially first thing in the morning, I think is absolutely pas powerful. You can do it while you're driving in the car to wait to work after you get done. listen to a podcast like this. You can do it in the shower, right cooking breakfast, it's so easy to do. I highly recommend speaking life over yourself. Because sometimes in the beginning of your journey or when you're feeling stuck, no one's going to do that for you. You got to do it for yourself, unfortunately. So that's the first thing the second thing is I have what's called a set your mind right document where I write on there anything that I want to integrate in my mindset, my life, anything I want to speak over myself. I literally put that down on my set my mind right document and when I'm brushing my teeth or when I sit down before I take some calls to clients, I read that every morning because I want to make sure my thoughts are actually directed in the direction I want them to go. And not by chance, not by randomness. Because if we live without something like that, it's easy for the world to dictate where our thoughts go. And we actually start to live in reaction to what life brings us instead of living at cause. But when you live at cause life is much more. It's much more exciting, but at the same time, it's much more predictable than when you're living in reaction. So those two things for me, I feel like your absolute must.

Agi Keramidas  25:39
Thank you. I love the phrase you said the speaking life over over my life. It's I haven't had these kinds of expression before. Is that in? Do you do that in the form of some positive affirmations of

Agi Keramidas  25:53
some kind?

Joe Moffett  25:56
You know, affirmations incantations, Tony Robbins talks about the power of incantations using your body, you know, creating that energy, I believe there's truth to that. For me, I like to put music on I like instrumental music, I usually have a list of things written down that I like to speak life over and myself, I've been saying some for years, that they're just ingrained in me at this point, but I still continue to speak them. So just because you fill up a car, once with gas doesn't mean you have gas forever, every day, you wake up with an empty tank. So let's fill that bad boy up, right? So I like to do that I like to incorporate the music, it just brings more energy and excitement to integrate into my nervous system.

Agi Keramidas  26:43
That's great. Thank you.

Agi Keramidas  26:45
John, let's speak now about mastering life by design. Because it's a it's a truly fascinating concept. So if I were to ask you, to give me a brief definition of how you mean that, what would you say?

Joe Moffett  27:06
Master like bite is design is really about consciously creating the life that you want life on your terms, not by what people say you should do your friend, your family society, because we get so caught up in this social conditioning of life of what we think right? Nowadays, if you if you don't have a very expensive car and a penthouse suite at the top and you're you're flying private, privately in jets like, you're, you're no one. And that's just not true, because not everyone has that desire, right? If you want to mess your life by design is really about saying what do you want in life, and let's be intentional, let's live that cause and creating that. And because if you're not happy, if you're not fulfilled, no amount of money is going to do that for you. Now money, like money makes life a lot easier. But you're truly not fulfilled. And I can't tell you how many multi multi millionaires I've coached. They have all the money in the world, money's not a problem at all in their life, it flows abundantly, they're unfulfilled, they're miserable. They have no purpose. They're unhappy, kind of like, you know, your story said, you know, a little where the purpose wasn't there, and, and then got you on this journey. It's like, that is what people are missing. And that's what it's about. And so I want to kind of break the stronghold of the social conditioning, that you got to be wealthy, and said, hey, you know, I'm happy, I'm fulfilled. That is how you become rich. And that's what I want to start changing for a lot of people.

Agi Keramidas  28:34
That's great. Do you want to expand a bit more on the master life by design? I, Arielle, I read that you have a six pillars that are the main components of mastering your life by design. So do you want to give us a brief overview of those six pillars so that one can understand or maybe identify themselves? Which is the ones that they need to work on? Maybe more or before or something like that?

Joe Moffett  29:08
Great question. So I'll share the six. I don't think one is better than the other. I think it's a holistic approach. We kind of need them all. It's like, if you work out all the time, and you got a great workout routine, but you eat junk food all the time, your body's not going to transform the way you want, it will transform just not the way you want. Right. But the first pillar is health. Right? Health is we all heard it health is your wealth, right? But really, truly without health, you're useless. Right? You're you can't be a good husband. You can't be a good father. You can't be a good CEO, a good son or daughter, whatever it might be. So you really got to establish a healthy routine in your life for yourself so you have the energy to go create this great change in the world. The second pillar is your emotions, right? Having that emotional mastery, because you can be healthy, but if you're just Some butthead. Like if you're just rude and mean and angry to people all the time, no one's going to want to be around you and you'll find yourself being extremely lonely, lonely. Plus, you probably don't even want to be around yourself. So, living in those rich emotions like happiness, joy, fulfilment, passion, love, it's such a better quality of life. So Mastering your emotions, your EQ is so important. The third pillar is relationships, right? Not just in your intimate relationship, which is really the pinnacle of your relationships, but also the foundation, which is all the people in your life, like, a lot of people they have, it varies, but they have a lot of friends, but very, not so much depth, right? Like they're, they have friends that are a mile wide, but an inch deep. But do you have those relationships that are an inch wide, but a mile deep. And so really creating those rich relationships where you can be able to connect and feed off of each other speak life over each other, like, I find that to be essential, because we all heard the term, your net worth is directly related to your network, right. And so if you don't have a network, if you don't have those relationships, it's hard to grow into really this fourth pillar, which is finances. And really taking the finance category or pillar is really important. We live in a culture, a society where, you know, unfortunately, everything's ran by money, and especially even in politics, but we won't go down that path. But you've really need to have your finances right. I've realised that before I met my wife like, no, no great queen, is going to want this little boy who doesn't have his act together financially. If I was going to meet a queen, she wanted a king and a king took responsibility of his finances. And vice versa to for you know, the ladies out there listening. But one of the top two causes of divorce nowadays is finances. Think about if you had your finances, right. And you don't have to be a multimillionaire, but you just had your finances right? How much pain and frustration and fighting or what I call speed bumps and relationships, would we eliminate? But also, on the flip side? How many cool epic experiences and journeys? Could you go on? Right? Like, I want to teach my kids about the ancient pyramids and the Great Wall of China, I don't want to show them in a book, I want to be able to take them there and literally see with their eyes and walk and experience it takes finances. So get your finances right. Number five, the fifth pillar is really about lifestyle. Because you can have these first four, but if you're sitting in your office all day, every day, and you're not going out and experiencing things and having the freedom to go where you want how you want to go there, you're not going to be fulfilled, right? And so having the lifestyle of doing what you want, I love Steve Jobs, quote. He's like, I look at myself in the mirror every day. And I asked myself, is this the life I want to be living? And if the answer's no, too many days in a row, I do something about it. And that's to me, that's lifestyle. So changing that. And then number six is spiritual, regardless of what you believe, like everyone has different spiritual beliefs. But are you living a purpose filled life? Right? Because I believe that's essential for creating this fulfilled rich life that you want. And so a spiritual is a big component. Now, depending on your spiritual beliefs, are you diving into that? Are you living are you practising? Because obviously, there's, there's something to this world, something beyond just us, I believe that so magical, that makes this world go that it's like, Are you tapping into that. So those are really the six pillars for me that I believe, to help you master your life by design, and really consciously create that life so that you're rich or fulfilled, you're happy, and you have some of the big key components in life that really make a difference in the quality of your life. Thank you for

this comprehensive and concise at the same time answer. I think it was a fantastic overview of all the six principles. Thank you. So well, I will, I hate switching gears but we have limited time together. And there is certainly one other thing that I wanted to ask you for sure, because of your backgrounds, performance, psychology and reading the introduction 22,000 performance called so can you tell me from this wisdom that you have acquired in this particular topic? Do you think there is some common obstacle that you see your your show in front of people reaching that high performance level or maybe their more the most common thing that stops people from tapping into that peak performance into their higher life? But

Joe Moffett  35:01
yeah, I will say this, after doing so many calls with people, you start to see the patterns that people run. And, to be honest, the one that stands out the most is fear. We all experience fear, we may not all show the fear, because some of us are really good at masking it and hiding it, but we all experience it. And the fear is really what holds people back. And in those moments, I think what happens truly is they get so conditioned or associated, they get so involved and wrapped up in the fear that it prevents them from making a decision, or taking the action, because they're so afraid of what could go wrong. And they very rarely look at what could go right. And one of the things I love to do for myself personally, and with clients is start looking at shifting their focus of what could go right doesn't mean that we stick our head in the sand, like an ostrich and just say there's no fear, there's no fear. It's, it's here's what's gonna go right. And how do I mitigate the downside, right, and kind of setting those boundaries. So fear is the biggest thing that I see that stops people from going to that next level. And if there was a one A, I would say it's lack of action, as we talked about earlier, right? It's like, you can learn all this stuff. But if you don't do the stuff, then it's all worthless. It's all pointless. So fear is number one, taking action on it is one a.

I like one day, not not two, it's one. That's, that's great. I like it the way you said. Sure, based on what we've discussed today, if you were to give to the listener right now, something actionable, some action point, something they can implement, right now or tomorrow morning to you know, to make a step to improve to what would you say?

Joe Moffett  37:05
I want to be careful because there's some things like we said, speaking life over yourself, that's great. I don't want to get people caught up in I guess I'll say the One A of like listening, I would definitely say journaling journaling has been really powerful for me. lately. He's journaling my thoughts questioning my thoughts on that. But that's more of an interior game. And so that's not really going to help you take a step forward. So from an exterior perspective, what I would say is, sit down in the beginning of the day, and say, Okay, what's one revenue producing activity that I need to complete before bed? Just keep it simple. Gary Keller wrote a book called The one thing, I think it was Gary Keller, but the one thing and I do that with my clients, hey, at the end of every call, I say, what's the one thing that's going to move the needle forward for you before our next call? What's the one thing for you today that would move the needle forward for you that 8020 rule where you pick the one action, that 20% action that will yield you 80% of the result. And when you can string, a couple days of that a week, a month, a year that your life will go in a radically different direction than the path that you were on before? So keep it simple. One thing, one revenue producing activity, some that's really going to move it, I like to say what's going to move it a lot of people touch a lot of things throughout the day, but they don't always pick something up and move it. So what's that one thing? That's my answer?

Agi Keramidas  38:39

Agi Keramidas  39:14
I also have some quickfire questions to wrap up this conversation. And the first one I always ask is What does personal development mean to you?

Joe Moffett  39:27
That's a really good question. I what comes to mind, and I'm just gonna listen to my heart. My intuition here. It's about expansion. It's about growth, this continuous process of expansion and you see it in nature all the time. Nature is either growing or it's dying. And there's no middle ground in nature. And I like to use nature as a great way to give metaphors in life. But I think expansion personal development is about expansion and growth to me.

Agi Keramidas  39:58
Thank you and and hypothetical if you could go back in time and meet your 18 year old self, what's one piece of advice you would give him?

Joe Moffett  40:09
invest in real estate earlier? No. Honestly, if if you we always hear this question, right, if you could go back in time, with the knowledge or whatnot, but I would say at 18, I wish I knew about personal development. And so for all the parents out there listening, my invitation to you is introduce it to your children as early as possible. So it's just a way of life, they don't know anything different. And that will drastically transform their life, because you can save up for college and send them to college, but 18 years of personal development under your belt, it's like, what could be better? They're way more prepared for life. So

Agi Keramidas  40:49
yeah. Thank you, Joe, I want to thank you very much for this intriguing conversation. I absolutely loved everything we talked about. And there are, there is lots of value there. For sure, and many actionable items one can can pick. So thank you very much. I want to wish you all the very best with your mission, helping others Design Master that life by design. This is It is awesome. Any last parting words from you?

Joe Moffett  41:28
I'll share something that I learned in a fly by conversation with one of my best friends. And he didn't even realise he said it for all of you that are on the journey. Or maybe you're feeling stuck, or you're looking at all these people in life that have this great life, and they look like everything's amazing, especially those that just live on social media. Because everyone likes to share their highlight reel, but me and my wife, we like to keep it real. So we have a speed bump we'd like to share but we share how we overcome it. But he said a statement that really changed the game for me. And that was this. Not everybody has it going on like they say they do. And when I heard that everyone that was on a pedestal that I looked up to became equal to me. And when they became equal, I started to play the game of life a lot differently. So realise, everyone that you listened to on podcast, you know, as you're listening to this, us talking here, we put our pants on the same way you do. Everyone is equal, they just maybe have mastered a skill set that you haven't yet or you actually Trump them in other categories that they're not really good at. So there's always going to be someone bigger, better, stronger, richer, prettier, whatever that may be. But remember, it's always an equal playing ground. So hope that helps.

Agi Keramidas  42:43
